Right of Withdrawal

Information on the statutory right of withdrawal and warranty rights

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Important notice on customised products

As our products are manufactured exclusively according to your individual specifications and selection, the statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB does not apply. An exchange or return based on the right of withdrawal is therefore excluded.

This exclusion applies only to custom-made or individually configured products. For products that are not individually manufactured, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal has no effect on your statutory warranty rights (§§ 434 ff. BGB). If the delivered goods are defective or do not conform to the agreed specifications, you are entitled to the full statutory warranty rights, in particular:

  • Subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery)
  • Reduction of the purchase price if subsequent performance fails
  • Withdrawal from the contract in case of significant defects
  • Compensation for damages under the statutory conditions

The statutory limitation period for warranty claims is two years from delivery for new goods purchased by consumers.

Reporting transport damage

We kindly ask you to report any obvious transport damage to the carrier upon delivery and to inform us promptly. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory warranty rights but helps us process your claim with the carrier more quickly.
