How long does delivery take?

The shipping time varies depending on the product. Many of our products, which are handcrafted and manufactured with the utmost precision, require around 3 to 7 working days for production and delivery. Some more special products, which are also handcrafted "Made in Germany", can take a longer processing time of 2-4 weeks. We attach great importance to quality and ensure that each product is processed perfectly for you. You will receive a shipment tracking as soon as your order is on its way to you.

You will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order on the DHL tracking page. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email.

In certain cases, the shipping company needs 1-2 working days to update the location of the package. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.

Some of our products are too large for standard shipping providers such as DHL due to their size. In such cases, shipping is therefore carried out via a freight forwarder. Not all freight forwarders offer tracking numbers, which is why shipment tracking is not always available. If you would like to know the current status of your delivery, you can contact us at any time by email or contact form. We will be happy to help you and inform you about the status of your order.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

In addition, we also offer products that have been specially made according to the wishes of our customers. These products are excluded from the right of return and cannot be returned.
